1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ak444.plus, downloading our mobile app, registering as a member, or using any services provided by ak444, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained herein.

2 Member Eligibility

To use the ak444 platform and participate in any games offered, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Registration & Account Management

Each member is permitted to hold only one account. Owning multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a serious violation of ak444's terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

• Ak444 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• False information submitted in the registration form may result in immediate account closure.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Ak444 supports a wide range of payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer for the convenience of Malaysia members. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for most payment methods. Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement (rollover) are not eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonus & Promotions

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new member.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the ak444 platform — including Live Casino, slot games, bingo, and table games — are operated in accordance with international industry standards. The random number generator (RNG) used in slot games and virtual table games has been audited and certified by independent bodies to ensure fairness.

In Live Casino games, game outcomes are determined by a real dealer who is broadcast live. ak444 does not control or influence the results of any live game.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Ak444 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activities.
• Holding multiple accounts or systematic abuse of bonuses.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the ak444 support team. Prior to closure, any real money balance (excluding bonuses) that meets withdrawal requirements will be returned to the member upon completion of the review process.

9 Liability Limits

Ak444 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or faults. While we strive to maintain maximum uptime, scheduled system maintenance and circumstances beyond our control may cause service disruptions from time to time.
